MaxiTrack Sensors and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “MaxiTrack Sensors”) are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our websites (“Sites”) and users of our mobile applications (“Apps”). Where is Personal Information stored?
As MaxiTrack Sensors is a global company with locations in various countries, we may transfer your information from one legal entity to another or from one country to
another within MaxiTrack Sensors to carry out the purposes listed above.
These countries include, at a minimum, the United States, Mexico, the Member States of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, India, China, and other countries.
We will transfer your Personal Information in accordance with applicable legal requirements and only to the extent necessary for the purposes stated above.
MaxiTrack Sensors relies on available legal mechanisms to enable the lawful transfer of Personal Information across borders. To the extent that MaxiTrack Sensors relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (also known as Model Clauses) or its Binding Corporate Rules to authorize the transfer, MaxiTrack Sensors will comply with those

Does MaxiTrack Sensors use your Personal Information to contact you?
MaxiTrack Sensors may use the Personal Information you provide to contact you about products, services, promotions, special offers, surveys, and other information that may interest you. Does MaxiTrack Sensors share the information it collects with third parties?
MaxiTrack Sensors may share your Personal Information with its affiliated and subsidiary companies, such as entities where MaxiTrack Sensors has control, whether

MaxiTrack Sensors is committed to ensuring the security and integrity of Personal Information. MaxiTrack Sensors has implemented reasonable physical, technical,
organizational, and administrative procedures to protect your Personal Information. However, due to the nature of communications over the internet, we cannot
guarantee or ensure that your transmission to us is fully secure.
How long do we retain your Personal Information?
The Personal Information you provide to MaxiTrack Sensors is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, considering our need to fulfill contractual obligations, resolve customer service issues, comply with legal requirements, and provide new or enhanced products and services to users. This means we may retain your Personal Information for a reasonable period after you stop using MaxiTrack Sensors' Sites or Apps. After this period, your Personal Information will be deleted from all MaxiTrack Sensors systems without prior notice.
How can you correct, modify, or delete your information held by MaxiTrack Sensors?
You can request access, update, correction, modification, or deletion of your Personal Information at any time. MaxiTrack Sensors will make reasonable efforts to update
and/or remove your Personal Information in a timely manner. To protect the privacy and security of the user, MaxiTrack Sensors will take steps to verify the user’s identity

In some instances, MaxiTrack Sensors may provide links to websites not controlled by MaxiTrack Sensors, which will be reasonably identified. How can MaxiTrack Sensors use location data?
MaxiTrack Sensors is a global provider of building technologies. Our fire safety, security, building automation, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration
systems promote integrated, high-performance buildings that are safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Below are some examples of when location data may be requested
to provide some of the services offered by MaxiTrack Sensors:
• To enhance building product capabilities, such as using your location data in one of
our buildings to dynamically adjust ventilation, heating, and cooling settings, turn
lights on or off, or unlock doors;
• If you are a visitor or employee at our offices, using your location data to help you
find the nearest printer or conference room, providing an enhanced experience in our
offices;
• To determine which service technician is closest to a service call.
In all of these cases, MaxiTrack Sensors will ask for permission to collect your location
data, and the collection of this data will be transparent to you – you will have the
opportunity to decide whether or not to provide your location data. If you choose not
to provide your location data, MaxiTrack Sensors may not be able to provide

Parents, guardians, and children:
Our Apps and Sites are intended for visitors who are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age in your jurisdiction of residence. MaxiTrack Sensors does not intentionally
collect information from children, nor does it market products or services to them.

Requests to exercise rights under the CCPA are subject to verification by MaxiTrack
Sensors and certain restrictions provided by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against
California residents for exercising their applicable rights under the CCPA. While
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information
under the CCPA, MaxiTrack Sensors does not sell personal information to third parties.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Notice and take the necessary steps
to comply with applicable legislation.

Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, also known as the "Shine The Light" law,
allows California residents to request and obtain annually information that MaxiTrack
Sensors has shared with other companies for direct marketing purposes during the

Personal Information that were shared and the names and addresses of all third
parties with whom MaxiTrack Sensors shared that information in the previous year. To
