• All MaxiTrack Sensors products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in the warranty statement, starting from the date of purchase. Any defective product within the warranty period will be replaced or repaired at the sole discretion of MaxiTrack Sensors.

 

• THIS WARRANTY REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, OR OTHERWISE.

 

• MaxiTrack Sensors is not an expert in the technical field of its customers and therefore does not guarantee the suitability of its products for applications chosen by the customer. MaxiTrack Sensors is not responsible for misuse, improper application, or unauthorized modification of its products. MaxiTrack Sensors’ obligation under this limited warranty is strictly and exclusively limited to the free repair or replacement of such products found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that the buyer promptly notifies MaxiTrack Sensors in writing of any warranty claims within the warranty period and, if requested, returns the defective products to MaxiTrack Sensors.

 

• MaxiTrack Sensors will not assume any expenses or liability for repairs made to its products outside its factory or authorized distributors without its prior written consent.

 

• UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MaxiTrack Sensors BE LIABLE FOR CLAIMS (BASED ON BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, IMMEDIATE, INCIDENTAL, FORESEEABLE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL.

 

• MaxiTrack Sensors reserves the right to change its specifications at any time without prior notice.
