Catupiry adopts edl-RTD2 model for cooking process

Catupiry, a national leader in the manufacture of cheese and dairy products, has just adopted the edl-RTD2 model for the high temperature cooking process in its industrial plants.

In addition to recording temperatures in the maximum range of 380 ⁰C, this Data Logger with built-in LCD display has a memory for 32,000 readings and an external probe built in stainless steel type 316.

After adopting our Data Loggers line to monitor the heating process of its raw material, Laticínios Catupiry significantly increased the quality level of its final product. In addition to accurately recording the temperature level, the company now has statistical reports that make it possible to cross-reference information such as total time at high temperature, average of measured values, number of recordings outside the configured alarm range, among other features obtained through our MaxiThermal Software.
